The Hanoi Tax Department deploys the STECH SmartQMAN automatic queue management system

To make things easier for businesses and to help tax officers work more effectively on administrative procedures, and so to advance administrative reform at the department, the Hanoi Tax Department chose to install the STECH SmartQMAN automatic queue management system at the unit that receives and handles administrative procedures and tax services. The "one-stop" transaction unit opened formally today, 15 August 2007, at 285 Doi Can street.
The system comprises QMAN SCU counter control units, QMAN SDU counter displays, the QMAN CDU central display, the QMAN TU queue-ticket issuing unit, the ExpertSuite central control software, the data network, the QMAN Spliter 610 signal splitter and power supplies.

STECH SmartQMAN, with its multi-service queue management solution, was designed for organisations that provide many kinds of service, as the Hanoi Tax Department does.

The system has created a genuinely comfortable, fair and orderly environment for businesses coming to the tax office. It put an end to the crowding and jostling at the counters, and STECH SmartQMAN has been widely welcomed by agencies and businesses, who rate it highly for the way it uses staff efficiently and saves the time of the people it serves.
