SmartQMAN releases a new feature: smart display on LCD screens

Holding on to its lead in the ticket dispenser market, STECH has released the SmartScreen 1.0 module, which shows queue information on a central LCD display. It adds another option alongside the earlier central displays built on LED number boards.

Displaying on an LCD screen brings these advantages:

• More information on screen: the service name, the next ticket number, the number of people waiting
• Existing LCD screens on site can be reused, which reduces cost

Customers rated the new feature very highly as soon as it was released, and are very satisfied with it.

In future releases we will add scripted media playback on the LCD screens, enriching the content on display and turning it into a useful communication channel for the organisation.
