STECH attends the Vinh Phuc health sector planning conference for the second half of 2018

STECH recently attended the Vinh Phuc health sector conference on objectives for the second half of 2018, held in Tam Dao. As an experienced developer of information technology solutions, STECH presented seven of its strongest solutions for hospitals:

➩ SmartQMAN, the smart hospital queue management system
The 2018 version of SmartQMAN carries powerful features such as booking a queue ticket online and checking in with an RFID card or QR code. Both are firsts on the market, and they complete the queueing process for patients coming for examination.

The nurse call system is a clear channel of communication from the patient to the nurse on duty. It has become an almost indispensable tool in hospitals today and is a real help in caring for inpatients;

A hospital remains the professional organisation with the most complex processes of all. Clear wayfinding and announcements not only make it easier for patients to find their way; providing full and accurate information also creates a connection and builds the patient's trust in the hospital.

➩ SmartAds, the internal television system
SmartAds is not simply a system that retransmits television channels. It lets the hospital design its own broadcast programming to suit its communication aims: spreading knowledge, presenting the hospital's medical capabilities and achievements, entertainment, and carrying messages both general and specific (medication reminders, appointment reminders and so on). It is an excellent tool in the modern hospital environment.

➩ SmartVote, the service quality rating system
SmartVote lets patients give their opinion on the hospital's reception, examination and treatment. Finding the weak points and the gaps in the system is the first step towards improving it, which makes this a powerful tool for hospital managers.

➩ eFence, the electronic perimeter fence system
eFence has a flexible structure: it can guard the whole hospital campus and can also be deployed separately around other sensitive areas. The system uses the most advanced security algorithms available today; in theory it cannot be hacked (broken into electronically)

➩ SmartPOS, the automatic vending system
SmartPOS is a smart vending system that can sell a wide range of goods 24/7. The needs of inpatients and outpatients alike can be met at SmartPOS vending kiosks.

The conference ran over two days, 13 and 14 July. With seven solutions demonstrated — and homegrown technology at that — STECH received the warmest welcome from the hospitals attending.
